What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is anytime after 4 PM. We’ll send you a convenient 4-digit doorcode via text and email on the morning of your stay. Check-out is by 11 AM, giving you plenty of time to enjoy your visit!
Is parking available for guests?
While we do not have on-site parking, we recommend the New Street Parking Garage, just a short stroll away from Barristers Row.
Do you serve breakfast?
While we don’t offer breakfast, we do provide complimentary coffee and tea in each suite to kickstart your day! Plus we are just a 1 minute walk from 3 cafes that serve breakfast (Cranberries, By & By, and Reunion Bakery)
Are Pack and Plays available?
Unfortunately, we don’t have Pack and Plays or cots/roll-away beds available at this time.
Are refrigerators available?
Yes, every suite is equipped with a mini refrigerator and microwave for your convenience.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, we offer complimentary high-speed wireless internet to all our guests..
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Yes, suite 6 is an ADA-compliant room, ensuring comfort for all our guests.
What is the hotel's cancellation policy?
If you cancel your stay 7 days or more before check-in, there’s no charge. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund, and cancellations within 48 hours of check-in will not be refunded.
